Job Description: Warehouse ManagerLocation: Bairamulguda, LB Nagar, Hyderabad

Reports to: Directors / Regional Operations Head

Role ObjectiveWe are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of our Hyderabad facility. You will be responsible for overlooking every facet of day-to-day operations, ensuring that the warehouse functions as a high-efficiency engine for the company’s distribution goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership: Direct and oversee all daily activities at the Bairamulguda facility, ensuring productivity and safety standards are met.
• Inventory Control: Manage the timely and accurate inwarding of goods, ensuring physical stock matches system data perfectly.
• Order Fulfillment: Supervise the entire "Picking, Packing, and Dispatching" workflow to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on schedule.
• Data Management: Utilize MS Excel to track operational performance and pull together data dashboards for management review.
• Compliance: Handle all regulatory, legal, and safety compliance matters related to the facility and labor.
• Team Management: Lead, train, and manage the warehouse staff, fostering an environment of accountability and precision.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep of the warehouse infrastructure and efficient use of the Google Business Suite for internal communication.
• Required Skillset & QualificationsTechnical Proficiency: Expert level in MS Excel (Data visualization/Dashboards) and proficiency in Google Business Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• System Experience: Hands-on experience working with any ERP system is essential.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid background in Warehouse Management or Logistics, preferably within the automobile or distribution sector.
• Linguistic Skills: Must be fluent in English and Telugu to coordinate with local staff and corporate management.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks and optimize dispatch timelines under pressure.
