The Role

We're looking for a sharp, process-driven Store & Inventory Manager to take complete ownership of our materials warehouse — from incoming stock to site dispatch, nothing moves without your sign-off.

This is a ground-level leadership role. You'll manage a full spectrum of construction materials, lead store assistants, and be the operational backbone that keeps our production lines running without a hitch.

What You'll Own

• End-to-end inventory management — receipts, storage, issue, and returns across all material categories (steel sections, panels, fasteners, electrical, finishing materials, and more)
• Stock tracking using Excel/ERP/inventory software; maintaining accurate records with zero tolerance for discrepancies
• Coordinating inbound deliveries with vendors and outbound material dispatch to project sites
• Leading and supervising store assistants — assigning tasks, maintaining discipline, and driving efficiency
• Conducting regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation reports
• Flagging low-stock levels proactively and raising material requisitions to the procurement team
• Ensuring proper material handling, storage standards, and warehouse hygiene
• Reporting directly to the Operations Head with daily/weekly inventory MIS

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in store/inventory management
• Prior experience in construction, modular structures, steel fabrication, or allied industries strongly preferred
• Hands-on with inventory tools — Tally, ERP systems, or even well-maintained Excel-based systems
• Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a zero-excuse attitude toward stock accuracy
• Ability to manage people, coordinate under pressure, and communicate clearly across teams
