Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Event Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and drive event bookings. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting event services, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new clients for events and functions.
- Promote event packages and services to corporate and individual clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and venue tours.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
