Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Experience in leading Team of Manufacturing quality professionals and team Building activity
• Engine assembly, testing, machining process knowledge.
• Responsible for build and outgoing quality engines for  engine assembly line ,  block/head machining lines
• Responsible for conducting product and process audits in assembly and testing (Process audit , torque audit , pokayoke audit , Test bed audit , CTQ parameter audit , action plan sustenance audit) and closure of non conformance with systemic action
• Responsible for concerns analysis and effective counter measure (ICA and PCA) at the assembly IQA station/online , testing, user plant , field using quality tools
• Coordination with production , Supplier quality , design , SCM , maintenance team for concern resolution
• Publishing quality MIS  , rework/rejection quality report with action plan
• Responsible for reduction of COPQ at plant level
• Responsible for ensuring traceability and system data at plant level
• Responsible for effective change management in plant
• Involvement in new projects to ensure the quality requirements as per  PPAP/APQP and fulfillment of key deliverable
• Visit to different locations for concerns resolution at Vehicle Plants & Mahindra dealerships.
• Strong leadership, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
• Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain QMS compliance in plant
• Knowledge of TPM QM pillar activities
• Knowledge on advance statistical tools and problem solving .
