Mgr-MQA (Engine Assly & Testing)
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Experience in leading Team of Manufacturing quality professionals and team Building activity
- Engine assembly, testing, machining process knowledge.
- Responsible for build and outgoing quality engines for engine assembly line , block/head machining lines
- Responsible for conducting product and process audits in assembly and testing (Process audit , torque audit , pokayoke audit , Test bed audit , CTQ parameter audit , action plan sustenance audit) and closure of non conformance with systemic action
- Responsible for concerns analysis and effective counter measure (ICA and PCA) at the assembly IQA station/online , testing, user plant , field using quality tools
- Coordination with production , Supplier quality , design , SCM , maintenance team for concern resolution
- Publishing quality MIS , rework/rejection quality report with action plan
- Responsible for reduction of COPQ at plant level
- Responsible for ensuring traceability and system data at plant level
- Responsible for effective change management in plant
- Involvement in new projects to ensure the quality requirements as per PPAP/APQP and fulfillment of key deliverable
- Visit to different locations for concerns resolution at Vehicle Plants & Mahindra dealerships.
- Strong leadership, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain QMS compliance in plant
- Knowledge of TPM QM pillar activities
- Knowledge on advance statistical tools and problem solving .
