Job Description

  • Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct post-service feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle inbound customer calls and resolve or escalate queries promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/DMS system.
  • Follow up with inactive and pending service customers.
  • Record customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions accurately.
  • Coordinate with the service team for timely customer communication.
  • Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional and courteous communication.
  • Prepare and submit daily call reports and customer feedback reports.
  • Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer concerns.
  • Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives through regular engagement.
