Job Summary: Bricksoin Foods Private Limited is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand the market presence of its FMCG tea brand, BREWNA. The candidate will be responsible for appointing distributors and dealers, generating sales, developing new markets and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and appoint new distributors, dealers and wholesalers.
• Generate primary and secondary sales for BREWNA Tea products.
• Visit markets, retail outlets, hotels, cafés and tea vendors.
• Develop new business areas and strengthen the existing distribution network.
• Achieve monthly sales, collection and distributor-onboarding targets.
• Conduct product presentations, sampling and sales meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers and retailers.
• Follow up for orders, payments and outstanding collections.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities.
• Submit daily market visit and sales reports to management.
• Support distributors in increasing market coverage and product movement.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Sales will be preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG, food, beverage or field sales preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Must be comfortable with field sales and extensive market visits.
• Candidate should preferably own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting and sales applications.
