Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our advisory services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advisory/consulting services.

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM tools.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

Experience in advisory, consulting, financial services, or B2B sales is preferred.

Knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
