Customer Support Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and customer focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and a strong ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via chat/email in a professional manner
• Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
• Maintain high standards of communication and customer satisfaction.
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards during interactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
• No grammatical errors or Mother Tongue influence (MTI).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Customer centric approach and problem solving ability.

Work Schedule:

• 9.5 hour shifts (including 1 hour break).
• 5 working days per week.
• Rotational shifts (24*7 environment).
• Rotational week-offs.

Salary Structure:

• Freshers: ₹25,000 CTC + ₹2000 PLI (Performance Linked Incentive).
• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹30,000 CTC + ₹2000 PLI (Performance Linked Incentive).
