Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor responsible for designing compelling marketing materials and producing high-quality videos for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, storytelling, branding, and video production to support our marketing, sales, and corporate communication initiatives.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic DesignDesign social media posts, banners, advertisements, and campaign creatives.
• Create brochures, flyers, presentations, standees, event branding materials, and corporate collateral.
• Design logos, icons, business cards, and other branding assets.
• Develop website banners, landing page creatives, and email marketing graphics.
• Create infographics and visual content for digital marketing campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline marketing materials.
• Video Editing & Content CreationCreate engaging promotional videos, reels, and short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Edit corporate videos, event highlights, client testimonials, and educational content.
• Add transitions, animations, subtitles, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music.
• Create videos for product launches, marketing campaigns, and investor awareness initiatives.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards.
• Creative CollaborationWork closely with the Marketing, Sales, and HR teams to develop creative campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and video editing techniques.
• Maintain an organized library of creative assets and project files.
• Required SkillsProficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing software.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. (Freshers with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.)
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is mandatory.
• Preferred SkillsExperience creating content for social media platforms.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and video editing tools.
• Basic photography or videography skills are an added advantage.
