Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Agent to help individuals and families secure their financial future through tailored life insurance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for helping clients protect their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on various life insurance products, including term, whole, and universal life insurance.

• Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate policies.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service.

• Generate leads and follow up on prospective customers.

• Stay up to date with industry regulations, product offerings, and underwriting guidelines.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.

• Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

QUALIFICATION :

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• State life insurance license (or ability to obtain one).

• Proven sales or customer service experience is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
