Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Key Account Executives for handling Salary Account Business.

The candidate will be responsible for opening salary accounts, coordinating with corporate employees and HR teams, ensuring salary disbursement in opened accounts, and selling debit cards and other banking products.

This is a field sales role requiring regular corporate visits and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salary Account Acquisition Open salary accounts for employees of mapped corporates.

2. Conduct on-site account opening activities and employee camps.

3. Coordinate documentation and KYC completion.

4. Salary Disbursement Management Ensure salary gets credited/disbursed in newly opened accounts.

5. Follow up with HR and employees for account activation.

6. Maintain relationship with corporate HR/payroll teams.

Debit Card Sales

Promote and sell debit cards to customers.

Educate customers about debit card usage and benefits.

Drive activation and usage of debit cards.

Customer Relationship Management

Resolve customer queries related to accounts and banking services.

Ensure smooth onboarding experience for employees.

Maintain regular interaction with corporates for business continuity.

Target Achievement

Achieve monthly targets for:

1. Salary account openings Salary credits/disbursement

2. Debit card sales Customer activation.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

Good communication and selling skills required

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Candidate should be comfortable with field sales activities.
