Job Description
Job Title: Credit Manager (Secured Loans)
Location: Indore, M.P.
Experience: 1–5 Years
Salary: Best in Industry (₹25,000 – ₹60,000) + Attractive Incentives + Growth Opportunities
- Key Responsibilities:Assess and evaluate loan applications for Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and MSME Loans.
- Conduct detailed credit analysis, financial assessment, and risk evaluation of customers.
- Verify customer income, banking, business, and property-related documents.
- Review creditworthiness and recommend loan approvals or rejections as per company policies.
- Coordinate with sales teams, customers, and operations for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with internal credit guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential credit risks.
- Maintain accurate credit records and prepare credit assessment reports.
- Support the achievement of business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Banking, or a related field.
- Experience in credit underwriting, loan processing, or credit assessment preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
- Good understanding of Home Loans, LAP, and MSME Loan products.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, credit policies, and risk management practices.
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
