Job Overview
We are seeking an articulate, high-energy Telesales Executive to pitch, nurture, and close café franchise leads. Your primary responsibility will be connecting with prospective investors and guiding them through The Coffee Evolution’s lucrative franchise model.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement: Connect with prospective investors who have expressed interest in partnering with our brand.
Pitching & Presentation: Clearly articulate the value proposition, ROI, and operational model of The Coffee Evolution franchise.
Relationship Building: Nurture leads through consistent, professional follow-ups to move them down the sales funnel.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly franchise sales targets.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, feedback, and sales pipelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are absolute mandatory requirements. You must be able to converse confidently with business owners and investors.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development.
The Fast Track: Prior experience in franchise sales is highly valued. Candidates who have successfully sold franchise models before will instantly supersede other applicants in our evaluation process.
Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, and relationship-management skills.
