About Coimboss Engineers Coimboss Engineers is a leading supplier and manufacturer of construction concrete equipment and OEM replacement spare parts. We specialize in providing solutions for Batching Plants, Concrete Pumps, Boom Pumps, Transit Mixers, Twin Shaft Mixers, Cement Feeding Systems, Road Pavers, and other construction equipment across India.

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Sales Manager who can lead a sales team, develop new business opportunities, and achieve aggressive sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Sales Target AchievementAchieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare monthly sales plans and execute them effectively.
  • Increase revenue from existing customers.
  • Develop new customers across India.
  • 2. Team ManagementLead and motivate BDEs and Sales Executives.
  • Conduct daily morning sales meetings.
  • Monitor team performance and productivity.
  • Train team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • 3. Customer Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with contractors, builders, ready-mix companies, infrastructure companies, and equipment owners.
  • Visit key customers regularly.
  • Handle major customer negotiations.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • 4. Business DevelopmentIdentify new market opportunities.
  • Generate new business through field visits, telecalling, exhibitions, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Build dealer and distributor networks.
  • 5. Sales ReportingMaintain CRM updates daily.
  • Submit Daily Sales Report (DSR).
  • Submit Weekly Sales Review.
  • Submit Monthly Sales Forecast.
  • Track quotations and conversion ratio.
  • 6. CoordinationCoordinate with Store, Dispatch, Purchase, and Accounts Departments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Follow up for customer payments.
  • 7. Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor pricing.
  • Collect customer feedback.
  • Suggest new products based on market demand.
  • Identify import opportunities and industry trends.
