As an Executive Assistant - Founder's Office, you will serve as the founder's right hand, ensuring priorities stay aligned, operations run smoothly, and critical initiatives move forward without delays. This is not a traditional assistant role, you're expected to think ahead, solve problems proactively, leverage AI tools for efficiency, and act as a force multiplier for leadership.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Calendar & Priority Management: Manage the founder's schedule, meetings, follow-ups, and priorities to maximize productivity.
  • Executive Communication: Draft, review, and coordinate professional emails, reports, presentations, and internal communications.
  • AI-Powered Productivity: Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other automation platforms to streamline workflows, research, documentation, and decision-making.
  • Project Coordination: Track ongoing projects across departments, ensure accountability, and follow up on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, business intelligence gathering, and prepare concise summaries for leadership.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement systems, automations, and SOPs that improve operational effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and senior leadership to ensure seamless execution.
  • Confidential Operations: Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and a high degree of confidentiality.


Who You Are:

  • Experienced: 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder's Office Associate, Chief of Staff Associate, Operations Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Communicative: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • AI-Savvy: Comfortable using AI tools for research, writing, analysis, task management, and productivity enhancement.
  • Organised: Highly structured, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Resourceful: Able to independently find solutions, anticipate challenges, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, or similar platforms.
  • Reliable: Maintains confidentiality, demonstrates professionalism, and consistently delivers high-quality work.
  • Remote-Ready: Thrives in a fast-paced remote environment and is available to join immediately.
