Team Leader - Operations

The Stock Market Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of equity advisors, traders, or research analysts to achieve business targets while ensuring high-quality client service. The role involves market analysis, team management, strategy development, performance monitoring, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of stock market advisors or analysts.
• Monitor daily stock market trends and identify investment opportunities.
• Guide the team on equity, derivatives, commodities, and mutual fund products.
• Develop and implement trading and investment strategies.
• Achieve team revenue and client acquisition targets.
