Job Description

A telecaller connects with prospective and existing clients over the phone to promote products, generate leads, and support customer needs. They act as a critical bridge between a business and its consumers, aiming to drive sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound & Inbound Calls: Initiate calls to pitch services, or handle incoming inquiries to assist consumers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, following up on potential prospects.
  • Database Management: Log all call details, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules accurately into the company's CRM.
