Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to assist customers in opening Demat and Trading Accounts. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, explaining financial products, and guiding clients through the account opening process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
  • Explain features & benefits of Demat and Trading Accounts
  • Assist clients in completing KYC and documentation
  • Follow up with interested prospects to convert them into customers
  • Maintain daily call records and update CRM
  • Handle customer queries professionally
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
