ob SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle customer interactions, promote Jio services, and provide support for telecom-related queries. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain Jio recharge plans, offers, and services
- Assist customers with SIM activation and service issues
- Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Achieve daily calling and sales targets
- Follow up with customers when required
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills
- Basic English and Hindi speaking ability
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
