Job Description
Position: Sales Officer – Precision AC & Commercial AC
Location: Mandideep Plant, Madhya Pradesh
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Officer to drive sales of Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) and Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) products. The role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development for Precision AC and Commercial AC systems
- Identify and develop new customers including data centers, IT parks, hospitals, industries, commercial buildings, and consultants
- Manage and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, consultants, and key institutional clients
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders
- Coordinate with engineering, design, and service teams for project execution and post-sales support
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Participate in negotiations, order finalization, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data
- Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and exhibitions when required
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
- 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in HVAC industry
- Strong exposure to Precision AC and Commercial AC sales
- Experience in handling B2B / project sales
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, applications, and specifications
- Good understanding of tendering and consultant-based sales
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Result-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
