Account Cum Supervisior

Job Summary:

An Account Cum Supervisor is responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks while also supervising operational or staff activities. This role combines financial management with team oversight to ensure smooth business operations and accurate financial records.

• Key Responsibilities:Accounting Duties:Maintain and update financial records (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
• Prepare basic financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Manage cash flow, petty cash, and bank transactions
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc. in India)
• Coordinate with auditors and accountants when required
• Supervisory Duties:Supervise daily operations and staff activities
• Monitor employee attendance and performance
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
• Handle basic HR-related tasks (leave management, discipline, etc.)
• Maintain workplace discipline and resolve minor issues
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to multitask and manage both accounts and team
• Experience:1–3 years of experience in accounting or supervisory roles preferred
• Working Conditions:Office or field-based depending on the organization
• May require handling both desk work and on-ground supervision
