Account Executive (Fresher & Experienced)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and Tally software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
• Prepare and manage sales and purchase entries.
• Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
• Handle GST-related entries and documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
• Assist in monthly and annual account closing activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial data as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance.
• Required Skills Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
• Basic understanding of GST compliance and accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
