Job Description
- Maintain accounts and bookkeeping using Tally.
- Record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare and maintain expense reports.
- Process employee salaries on time.
- Follow up on pending payments and receivables.
- Manage vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
- Maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Coordinate with management regarding budgets and financial planning.
