Accountant/ Accounts Executive

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. If you enjoy working with numbers, keeping financial records organized, and ensuring everything is accurate, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements

• Prepare and manage customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Keep track of customer payments and follow up on pending invoices.
• Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle petty cash, verify cash balances, and perform regular cash reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST, TDS, audits, and other compliance-related work.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper financial documentation.
• Prepare reports to help the management track business finances.
• Ensure all financial records are accurate, organized, and up to date.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or other accounting software.
• Good understanding of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
