Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer works on implementing generative AI models as part of comprehensive solutions, which may include deep learning techniques, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing tasks. Collaboration with various teams to align development efforts and maintain high-quality standards is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring innovative and efficient AI-driven products are delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions that meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of AI components into broader systems.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with developing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to design and maintain production-grade AI pipelines ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Competence in integrating AI solutions with other software components and systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
