As an Area Collection Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Two Wheeler Business. Your primary focus will be on overseeing collection activities, ensuring efficient and effective recovery processes, and maintaining strong relationships with customers. You will lead a team of collection executives, providing guidance and support to achieve collection targets. - Lead and manage the Two Wheeler Finance-Collection department, overseeing collection activities and strategies.
- Ensure timely and efficient recovery of loan payments, implementing effective collection processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Monitor and analyze collection performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance recovery rates.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the collection team, ensuring a motivated and high-performing workforce.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to align collection efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in collection management, implementing innovative approaches when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high standard of ethical collection practices.
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in collection management, with a proven track record of successful recovery strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in collection software and tools, as well as data analysis techniques.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to collection practices.
