Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage distributor and dealer network.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Appoint new distributors and expand market coverage.
- Increase secondary sales through retailers.
- Conduct market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups.
- Promote company products and execute sales activities.
Eligibility:
- Graduate (B.Sc. Agriculture preferred) / MBA (Marketing is an added advantage).
- Experience in Distributor Channel Sales is mandatory.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler, Four-wheeler valid driving licence preferred.
