Job Opening: 3D Designer / CAD Engineer – Rack & Storage Solutions

Position Overview:We are seeking a creative and technically sound 3D Designer / CAD Engineer who is proficient in tools like AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SketchUp, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, and other design software. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in the storage systems industry and a desire to grow with the company.

• Key Responsibilities:Design and develop 2D/3D models for customized racking solutions for stores, supermarkets, and warehouses.
• Collaborate with the production and sales teams to turn concepts into manufacturable designs.
• Work on client-specific layouts, space planning, and installation guidelines.
• Modify and optimize existing designs based on customer feedback and functional requirements.
• Support the sales team with technical presentations and visualizations to help clients understand the product.
• Candidate Requirements:Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SketchUp, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, or similar 3D design software.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical designs to customers.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills to support client decision-making during the order process.
• A keen interest in the rack and storage system industry.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Additional Plus Points:Experience in modular furniture, panel, or sheet metal-based designs.
• Prior work experience in the racking or display systems industry.
• Knowledge of material strengths, tolerances, and production processes is a bonus.
