Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative operations. You will handle data management and internal coordination to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update company databases and digital records.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and processing paperwork.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support administrative needs.
  • Manage office inventory and basic correspondence (emails/calls).
