Job Description
Job Summary : A Back Office Executive is responsible for handling administrative, data management, documentation, and operational support tasks to ensure smooth business operations. The role involves maintaining records, processing information, coordinating with departments, and supporting front-office activities.
- Key Responsibilities : Manage and maintain company records and databases.
- Perform data entry and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Handle filing, scanning, and document management.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational support.
- Monitor emails and respond to routine correspondence.
- Maintain confidential information and company records.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and presentations.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
