Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to manage daily administrative and operational tasks efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating files and records, creating and managing new IDs and passwords, handling document verification and reducing document pendency, coordinating with clients through calls for document collection and follow-ups, and scheduling meetings and appointments for smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach toward completing assigned tasks within deadlines.
