📢 Job Description – Online Champion📍 Location: Indore
🔹 Role Overview:We are looking for an energetic and sales-driven Online Champion to handle customer engagement, digital sales, and online lead conversions while ensuring excellent customer experience.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Handle online customer leads and convert them into sales
- Promote Airtel products/services like SIM, Broadband, DTH, and Postpaid plans
- Coordinate with store teams for lead closures and follow-ups
- Ensure excellent customer service and query resolution
- Achieve daily/monthly sales targets
- Maintain records of leads, conversions, and customer feedback
- 🔹 Eligibility Criteria:Qualification: Graduate preferred
- Experience: 6 months–2 years in Sales / Telecom / Retail preferred
- Skills: Good communication, customer handling, sales mindset, basic computer knowledge
- 💰 Salary:₹18,500 In-hand + Incentives + PF + ESIC
