Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, fostering collaboration and alignment across multiple teams to drive successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches to business challenges.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
