Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Indore (Field + Office)
Role Summary:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating sales, acquiring new customers, and expanding the Company’s market presence. The role involves field work, direct customer interaction, and ensuring consistent business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily field visits to identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Promote and sell Company products through effective pitching and sampling
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets (volume and value)
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat orders
- Identify new market areas and expand business reach
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback
- Ensure timely order booking and coordinate for billing and delivery
- Collect payments from customers and follow up on outstanding dues
- Submit accurate daily sales reports (DSR)
- Strictly adhere to Company pricing, policies, and guidelines
Key Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduation required
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in the field
- Basic understanding of mobile apps and billing systems

Important Guidelines:
- Fake reporting or fake billing is strictly prohibited
- Any deviation from approved pricing is not allowed
- Delay or mismanagement in collections will lead to strict action
