Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, confident, and goal-oriented Female Candidates to join our growing team. As a Relationship Officer, your primary role will be to assist clients in opening Demat accounts and introduce them to the world of stock market trading and investments.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients to open new Demat accounts.

Guidance: Explain the benefits of our trading platform and investment products to customers.

Documentation: Assist clients with the online/offline KYC process and ensure smooth account activation.

Relationship Management: Maintain a healthy relationship with existing clients for future referrals.

Lead Generation: Utilize social media, networking, and calling to build a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements & Skills

Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

Personality: Confident, persuasive, and professional approach.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Stock Market/Finance is a plus (but not mandatory – we will train you!).

Tech Savvy: Ability to use mobile apps and basic computer tools.
