Job Description
We are urgently looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) for an international process. The candidate must have strong English communication skills and good working knowledge of MS Excel. The role involves project handling, basic accounting coordination, and dispatch/operations communication with international clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international clients and partners via email and calls.
- Handle and coordinate assigned projects from start to completion.
- Support day-to-day accounting and billing coordination, including basic data tracking and reconciliation.
- Maintain and update reports, trackers, and databases using MS Excel.
- Coordinate dispatch-related communication and ensure timely information flow between internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and share project status updates and performance reports with management.
- Support business development activities, including client follow-ups and documentation.
- Ensure accuracy of data, records, and communication across all projects.
- Assist in resolving operational and client-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel basic formulas, reporting, and data handling preferred).
- Experience or understanding of international process operations is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of accounting, invoicing, or financial coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Business, Commerce, or related field preferred).
- Prior experience in BPO / international projects / operations / coordination roles will be an added advantage.
