Business Development Manager (Government Relations)



Position Overview

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to manage and expand our PAN India government client portfolio. You will work 100% from our office, using digital communication channels to establish our company as the primary, preferred vendor for government buyers.



Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term connections with PAN India government clients.
  • Omnichannel Outreach: Connect with government buyers daily via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • First-Right Procurement: Position our company so buyers always approach us first for orders.
  • Order Acquisition: Drive the end-to-end sales process to secure official government orders.
  • Strategic Redirection: Manage client requests and redirect orders elsewhere only if we lack fulfillment capability.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate accounts, or government business development.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in professional WhatsApp communication, email etiquette, and CRM tools.
  • Negotiation: Strong persuasion skills to build trust and exclusivity with government officials.
  • Work Structure: Comfort with a strict, 100% in-office operational environment.
