We are hiring Career Counselors to guide prospective students and working professionals regarding educational programs and career advancement opportunities. This is primarily an inside sales and counseling role focused on lead conversion, counseling, and enrolment generation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Call and counsel prospective students and professionals regarding suitable courses

• Understand candidate requirements and recommend relevant programs

• Perform lead follow-ups and convert enquiries into enrollments

• Generate opportunities through cold calling and lead nurturing

• Schedule appointments with prospective candidates

• Conduct counseling sessions with working professionals and corporate executives

• Cross-sell and upsell relevant educational programs

• Achieve monthly enrollment and sales targets

• Maintain accurate lead and counseling records
