Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) and quality scores.
  • Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams whenever required.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions.
  • Meet daily productivity, response time, and quality KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

  • 6–12 months of experience in Chat Support is mandatory.
  • Experience in an International BPO will be preferred.
  • Excellent written English communication and grammar.
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends.
  • Graduate or Undergraduate
