Location: Indore (Office-based)

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Summary

The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling incoming leads, maintaining regular client engagement, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products. This role requires strong communication skills, ownership, and a proactive approach toward client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to incoming leads in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up with new and existing clients regularly
• Maintain consistent communication and long-term relationships with clients
• Reconnect and activate old/inactive clients
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling suitable financial products
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
• Maintain proper records of client interactions and follow-ups
• Provide timely updates, information, and support to clients

Eligibility & Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant industry experience
• Prior experience in financial services / wealth management preferred
• Graduate in any discipline (Finance background is an advantage)
