Job Description
FOS" primarily refers to Feet-on-Street or Field Officer personnel employed by Finance Company. The FOS collection role involves on-ground customer interaction, visiting borrowers, and collecting documents or dues for Agri and MSME loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field visits and customer interactions to follow up on loan accounts.
- Collection of required documents, KYC, and handling agricultural or micro-loan documentation.
