Cook / Chef Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Cook/Chef who can prepare a variety of dishes including Chinese, Pav Bhaji, Rolls, Rice items, and South Indian cuisine while maintaining taste, hygiene, and food quality standards.


Job Responsibilities

Prepare and cook Chinese dishes, Pav Bhaji, Rolls, Rice items, and South Indian food.


Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion size.


Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.


Handle food preparation, cutting, chopping, and ingredient management.


Monitor stock and inform management about raw material requirements.


Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.


Work efficiently during rush hours and online order timings.


Maintain proper storage of food items and ingredients.


Coordinate with kitchen helpers and other staff for smooth operations.
