हम एक विनम्र और ग्राहक-उन्मुख बेकरी काउंटर सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो ग्राहकों की सहायता करे, बिक्री संभाले और बेकरी काउंटर की साफ-सफाई व प्रस्तुति को बनाए रखे।
- मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):ग्राहकों का मुस्कुराकर स्वागत करना और उन्हें उत्पाद चुनने में मदद करना
- केक, पेस्ट्री, ब्रेड आदि के बारे में सही जानकारी देना
- बिलिंग, कैश और डिजिटल पेमेंट्स को सही तरीके से संभालना
- उत्पादों की सुरक्षित और साफ-सुथरी पैकिंग करना
- काउंटर और डिस्प्ले एरिया की सफाई और हाइजीन बनाए रखना
- उत्पादों को ताजा, स्टॉक में और आकर्षक तरीके से डिस्प्ले करना
- दैनिक बिक्री का रिकॉर्ड रखना और कम स्टॉक की जानकारी देना
- ग्राहकों के सवालों, सुझावों और शिकायतों को विनम्रता से संभालना
- किचन स्टाफ के साथ समन्वय बनाकर कस्टम ऑर्डर और उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना
- ग्राहकों को नए प्रोडक्ट्स और ऑफर्स के बारे में बताना (Upselling)
- योग्यता (Requirements):न्यूनतम योग्यता: 10वीं/12वीं पास (अधिक योग्य उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता)
- रिटेल, बेकरी या फूड सर्विस में अनुभव वांछनीय
- अच्छे कम्युनिकेशन और व्यवहार कौशल
- POS मशीन/बिलिंग सिस्टम की बेसिक जानकारी
- शिफ्ट, वीकेंड और छुट्टियों में काम करने की क्षमता
- सुसज्जित व्यक्तित्व और साफ-सुथरी प्रस्तुति
- आवश्यक कौशल (Skills Required):ग्राहक सेवा की समझ
- बिक्री और अपसेलिंग की क्षमता
- बेसिक गणित और बिलिंग में सटीकता
- समय प्रबंधन और मल्टीटास्किंग
- टीम के साथ काम करने की क्षमता
- कार्य वातावरण (Work Environment):तेज गति वाला बेकरी रिटेल वातावरण
- रोजाना विभिन्न प्रकार के ग्राहकों से संपर्क
