Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders end-to-end: inquiry → confirmation → dispatch → delivery
- Convert leads into confirmed sales orders via WhatsApp/CRM
- Handle order status queries, delays, and dispatch (LR/bilty) updates
- Coordinate with production, packing, and dispatch teams for smooth execution
- Resolve customer complaints (quality, size, shortage, delay) with closure
- Manage special requests (extra boxes, BOPP, urgent dispatch) with ownership
- Follow up on pending orders and outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records of orders, complaints, and dispatch details
