As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. Throughout the day, there is a focus on continuous improvement of software performance and integration, ensuring that solutions align with evolving organizational goals and user needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SAP environments including system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting within SAP landscapes.
- Knowledge of database administration and integration with SAP systems.
- Ability to work with transport management and change control processes in SAP.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
