Additionally, the position requires performing ongoing maintenance and implementing enhancements to improve existing systems, often collaborating with different stakeholders to meet project goals and deliver effective software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure smooth delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP environments.
- Knowledge of database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems.
- Familiarity with transport management and system upgrades in SAP landscapes.
- Ability to manage user authorizations and security configurations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues in SAP Basis.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
