- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.
- Experience in managing workflows, issue tracking, and project tracking using Atlassian JIRA.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile project management principles.
- Ability to customize and configure Atlassian JIRA to meet project-specific requirements.
- Skilled in integrating Atlassian JIRA with other development and collaboration tools.
- Competence in analyzing project metrics and generating reports to support decision-making.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
