- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity in project requirements and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices related to Oracle Financials implementations.
- Experience in managing and optimizing financial modules within Oracle applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide robust solutions in Oracle Financials environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Oracle Financials with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in performance tuning and ensuring scalability of Oracle Financials solutions.
