Customer Care Executive

We are hiring for an International Voice Process role based in Indore.

Job Details:

Location: Indore (Work from Office)

Starting ctc - 35k 

Max Ctc between - 36k to 40k

Note :- Depends on last drawn ctc as well on interview  

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients

• Resolve customer queries efficiently with a professional approach

• Provide accurate information about products/services

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and call quality

• Adhere to company policies, process guidelines, and SLAs

• Document customer interactions in the system

• Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year Documented experience in International Voice Process (mandatory)

Excellent communication skills

Graduates & Undergraduates can apply
