Job Description
Job Title: Customer Care Executive – Airtel Broadband (Punjabi Voice Process)
Company: Airvincible Pvt. Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound customer calls for Airtel Broadband services.
* Resolve customer queries related to internet services, billing, plans, and technical support.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
* Meet quality and productivity targets.
Eligibility:
* 12th Pass or Graduate
* Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory (Hindi and basic English are an added advantage)
* Basic computer knowledge
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
